Do I need a credit card for the free trial?

Yes. To ensure uninterrupted service, we require a payment method upfront. However, you won't be charged anything during your 14-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime.

Do you ever touch my money?

No. SafariFlow connects to your own M-Pesa (Daraja) and Paystack accounts — client payments settle directly to you. We never hold or process your funds.

How is this different from spreadsheets, Wetu, or Safari Office?

Those tools each cover one piece — an itinerary builder, or operations, or invoicing. SafariFlow replaces all of them: quote to booking to voucher to reconciled books, in one platform, so your team stops re-entering the same trip three times.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We'll notify you when approaching limits. Need more team seats specifically? You can add extra users for $15/user/month without upgrading your plan. Other limits (vehicles, agent portals, etc.) still require an upgrade to unlock more capacity and additional features.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption, perform daily backups, and comply with international data protection standards.

Do you offer training and onboarding, and will you help us switch over?

Yes. All plans include onboarding support to help your team get up and running. Enterprise customers get dedicated training sessions with an account manager.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via secure payment processing.

Do the prices shown include tax?

No — prices shown are exclusive of tax. Any VAT or sales tax that applies based on your billing location is calculated and added at checkout, before you're charged, so you always see the final amount before paying.
